But I’m also a wife, artist, birth junkie, avid podcast listener, and oversized t-shirt enthusiast. Born and raised in Colorado (yes, one of the rare ones!), I have a deep love for this beautiful state. My passions lie in mental health, inclusivity, and evidence-based education in the birth space, and I’m thrilled to channel these passions into supporting parents through the magical journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

My fascination with birth has been a lifelong affair, but it was witnessing the birth of my nephew that truly set my heart on fire. Being there for my sister, I experienced first-hand the power and beauty of bringing a new life into the world. This love deepened with the birth of my own children. My son Finnley's arrival via cesarean during the pandemic was a profound turning point, pushing me to delve deeper into the world of birth work.

First and foremost, I’m a mom. ♡

Fast forward to today…

The experience of welcoming my daughter Sadie through a victorious VBAC has added another layer to my understanding and passion. It's these personal experiences that enrich my role as a Trauma-Informed Doula, Birth/Newborn/Maternity Photographer, and Childbirth Educator.
