Postpartum Doula Support
You don’t have to navigate this alone
How it works
-
Consultation + Booking
We’ll start with a 30-minute consultation (virtually) to get to know each other and talk through your vision for the postpartum period. Bring your questions, love talking about how I can support families during these early weeks! I want to know what’s most important to you whether that’s sleep, feeding, recovery, or simply feeling less overwhelmed.
If we decide we’re a good fit to work together, you’ll sign the contract and submit your deposit through my online portal. That’s when my support officially begins!
-
In-Home Support
Once your baby arrives, I’ll come to your home for the hours we’ve agreed upon. My role is flexible, support looks different for every family, and it can shift from visit to visit depending on what you need most that day.
Some of the ways I can support you include:
Creating a realistic rest + recovery plan
Feeding support (breast, bottle, pumping, or combo)
Hands-on newborn care so you can sleep, shower, or simply take a breather
Partner + sibling support to help the whole family adjust
Meal prep, light household tasks, and setting up your home to feel more manageable
Emotional check-ins + space to process your birth story
Answering the never-ending “is this normal?” questions with reassurance and plenty of resources
Some days you may want practical, hands-on help, and other days you may just want someone to listen and remind you that you’re doing an incredible job. Either way, I’m there to support you.
-
Ongoing Support
Between visits, I’m just a text away for reassurance or quick questions. I’ll also connect you to trusted local providers if you still need extra support (lactation, pelvic floor therapy, mental health, and more).
And just because our contract ends doesn’t mean our connection has to! I love keeping in touch with families and watching your little ones grow. ♡

Finding the Right Fit
Inviting a postpartum doula into your home is intimate—it’s about more than just extra hands. It’s about trust, connection, and knowing you’re supported by someone who truly sees you. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based care, and a deep respect for your autonomy. I believe every family deserves to feel nurtured and empowered in the early weeks after birth.
We might be the right fit if…
You want a doula who values both emotional support and practical guidance
You believe postpartum care should center the whole family—not just the baby
You want access to a wide network of community resources to help you thrive
You’re ready to prioritize rest, healing, and your own well-being alongside caring for your little one
You appreciate honest conversations, gentle encouragement, and a safe space to process your experience
You want to feel confident and supported as you navigate feeding, sleep, recovery, and new routines
